THE ART IS YOU provides therapeutic Art sessions. We use Art methods to enhance self-expression and emotional healing . Art therapy can help with problems like anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress.

Art therapy practitioner uses materials and techniques that allow clients to express emotions in a safe way such as:

painting, sculptures, drawings, mandala's,

mood board, journaling, clay, sand.

Art is used to help people explore emotions and develop:

Creative process helps to explore inner self and provide new coping skills.

*You don't need to be good at art to start therapy. Where an art class is focused on teaching technique, art therapy is more about letting clients to focus on their inner experience.
